Sea Otter employ a range of different staff. We look for experienced,
reliable, skilled workers who are time-qualified and enjoy a working
environment. An interest in boat building is preferable but not
essential. It must be stressed that hobby-enthusiasm will not
suffice. We pay competitive rates and provide a good working atmosphere.
All applicants must have clean and tidy work ethic. Our policy
is to multi-skill our workforce as much as possible, therefore
some training will come your way.

- Joiner / Boat-Fitter
- Bench Joiner
- Engineer
- Labourer
- Painter
- Fibre-Glasser
