Owners Of Sea Otter 56' Narrowboat Otter Magic
From the day we turned up at Adelphi Way, without any appointment,
but with a detailed list of what we were looking for in our boat,
we were made to feel part of the family. We now see all of you,
perhaps especially Paul (our project manager, great to work with),
Ray, Cindy, Baz, and Clyde as personal friends.
We were really fortunate to get what will be one of the final
bespoke Sea Otter boats, and although we caused you a few challenges,
I know that the team got a lot of satisfaction from solving these.
They did it brilliantly, and I think we all fed off each other
to produce on time what is, without doubt, the best narrowboat
we have ever seen (and we have been to enough shows to say that
with some confidence!!).
We have now made just over our first 100 hours cruising, and Otter
Magic is now personalised.
We have though already had more than our share of fun, with lots
of stories we can share with other boaters.
We knew we were getting quality, but I think what brings it home
to us are the unprompted comments from owners of other boats along
the lines of "Wow, here's a Sea Otter - I didn't know they
built them that big - look at that paintwork - wish we had one
of those" and similar.
I believe that Otter Magic is actually the most expensive narrow
boat Sea Otter has built to date and you might ask has it been
worth it? My answer is every penny!!!! Would we recommend Sea
Otter to other buyers? Without doubt!!!!
Thanks again to all at Sea Otter, and be sure that we'll keep
in touch!!
