Sea Otter Houseboats

Sea Otter Houseboats are, like all other Sea Otter boats, are built from high quality marine grade aluminium alloy BS5083. This gives our houseboats a projected lifespan of over 100 years. Unlike our steel build competitors, there is no need for bi-annual bottom scraping, re-blacking or frequent repainting.

Sea Otter Houseboats will retain their value, and more than likely the boat will become an appreciating asset.

Houseboats can be supplied to any level of fit-out ranging from bare hull for the owner to complete to fully-fitted out. Houseboats can be single or double storey as it suits. Your boat can be whatever size you require and we can tender for the majority of your requirements.
